Where do you store your accessories?

When I first started working on my blog, I mentioned that I would keep you peeps updated with my efforts to make my humble apartment into one organized and pretty home.

I started with my room, and I am pretty much done with it. 

I just wanna share with you how I will store my accessories. I keep my necklaces in a drawer, but it's not ideal because they get tangled. So, I got these 7-Hook Racks with Mounting Screws at Wal-Mart. 

I put them on the bare wall by my closet and that is where my necklaces and bangles will be stored once I get around to organizing them, LOL.

This is a really great buy! I think I shall get more, I'm sure I'll think of more ways to use them for.

Ikea

I am still all about my home decor and home organizing efforts, so I am going to Ikea this weekend to get on it.

I want to start with my room and then work my way around the apartment.

1) GARNITYR Storage with 7 compartments, beige, white flower, $14.99

This is gonna be perfect for my closet, I seriously need more space. And I will also get the 2) boxes that come with it:



They sell the set of 7 boxes for $12.99.

3) GARNITYR Shoe box, beige, white flower, $8.99/2pack



I am still unsure about these shoe boxes, but these would look great with the closet storage and boxes.

4) BAGIS Clothes-hanger, black, $0.99/4pack



I need new hangers too and these are uber affordable!

These are the ones on my list, but I probably won't be able to stick with just these, you know what happens when we let loose in Ikea! :P

Pinteresting Apartments

Like everyone else these days I am so addicted to Pinterest. I spend hours on end on that website!

One of the first things that screams grown-up is getting your own place.

My favorite thing to search on Pinterest is "apartments". Some of my faves are:



Oh how I wish I can make my apartment look like all of that!

Mine looks a bit like this, only a little less pretty:

Just white walls with minimal decor. I want to start getting into home decor though.
